Hard Coding
you better look for yourself, these I noticed.
Exclude everyone except FGH and HCH (1st 3 chars of process level)
excludes status A7 and 00
excludes some term status by 1st char of T then (T1, T2, T8) are included, I think
Benefit Key of 24, Defined-Benefit = yes
paf action codes of TERM and STATUS to find effective date

Lord help us if we are down during payroll processing!!!!  It will need to be run, it is always run manually
The FGjob can be run multiple times as it only produces a file.
The script cannot be run multiple times as it sends the file to the vendor
