Hard Coding
If there is more than one certification already loaded in Lawson, I create an error record of a Change in PA520.
If there is no expiration date, I take the last edit date as Lawson requires an expiration date and it blows up the SQL statement
I calculate acquired date as HS expiration date minus renewal cycle years, first day of month.
See the LookUp table HSCert.TBL, this has how it is translated from HS to Lawson, and the renewal cycle
See the LookUp table KronosSkill.TBL, this has how it is translated from HS to Kronos
    if the class is not exactly what is listed in the translation/LookUp tables, it will be ignored

Instructions for Education to create the input files:
Health Stream email for scheduled skill extract should come before noon on 3rd day of each month (see example below)
1)	Click the here link in the HS email. “Please click here to view your report”.
2)	‘Save As’ into Common\HealthStreamImportFile\CertSkill named healthstreamskillsYYYYMM.csv with a file type as (*.csv)
where YYYYMM is 4 digit year and 2 digit month of the date you ran it, 201610 if you ran it on 10/4/2016

By day end on 4th of each month
1)	Manually run HealthStream Analytics report “Extract Previous Month Certs for Kronos”
2)	Show all results and send to CSV
3)	‘Save As’ into Common\HealthStreamImportFile\CertSkill named healthstreamcertsYYYYMM.csv with a file type as (*.csv)
where YYYYMM is 4 digit year and 2 digit month of the date you ran it, 201610 if you ran it on 10/4/2016
