run manually, can be run early or late
              cannot run multiple times, it only sends changed items
		so if you just run it, nothing has changed, and it will not find any items to send
To send a FULL Load:
	1)Have EPIC side turn their iface off (EPIC can't handle the big file Lawson will send)
	2)cd /lawson/law/test/work/WORKFILE-FG500
	  mv WORKFILE-FG500 WORKFILE-FG500old
	  mv WORKFILE-FG500.idx WORKFILE-FG500old.idx
	3)Do the same with FG502's index files
	4)run recdef job as olink02
	5)Tell EPIC IFace, so they can split the lawson file into 2 smaller files and turn their side back on
