DOWNTIME
run manually
cannot be run multiple times as it loads in gltransrel and runs a GL165 in update mode
the file doesn't get there till 5:45, so early is not much of an option
should be able to run it later (same day) as I think finance just balances and fixes errors manually
Otherwise, better grab the input file and store it somewhere safe if you cannot run it same day
